Presentation style: Oral presentation
Language: Japanese or English
Presentation time: Each presenter has 13 minutes in total (6 min for your presentation, 6 min for Q&A, 1 min for the preparation)

2. Submission of presentation file (1 page of PowerPoint, on background, object, approach…)
Submit to: BOX (with approval of your supervisor).
Deadline: 5 pm, July 24 (Fri.), 2026 (Punctuality)

3. Presentation (‘Flash Talk’ and round-table talk)
Date and Time: July 29 (Wed.), 2026, A: 13:00-14:30, B: 14:45-16:15
Venue: 3rd floor Design Factory, Ishikawadai 5th Building, O-okayama
Language: Japanese or English
Time for ‘Flash Talk’: 2 minutes for 1 student
Time for round-table talk: around 10 minutes for 1 student (2 or 3 faculty members for 3 students)
