1. Registration
We have announced it to relevant students by email on July 4.
Deadline: 5pm, July 16 (Wed.), 2025 (Punctuality)

2. Submission of presentation file (1 page of PowerPoint etc., on background, object, approach…)
Submit to: BOX (with approval of your supervisor).
Deadline: 5 pm, July 23 (Wed.), 2025 (Punctuality)

3. Presentation (‘Flash Talk’ and round-table talk)
Date and Time: July 30 (Wed.), 2025, A: 13:30-15:00, B: 15:30-17:00
Venue: 1st floor Multi-Purpose Hall, North 3rd (EEI) Building, O-okayama
Language: Japanese or English
Time for ‘Flash Talk’: 2 minutes for 1 student
Time for round-table talk: around 10 minutes for 1 student (2 or 3 faculty members for 3 students)
