Our new university

From October 1, 2024, the lab belongs to the Institute of Science Tokyo. Its short name is “Science Tokyo”.

Science Tokyo comes from the merger of Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech) and Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU). One of its reasons for merging is to strengthen the linkage between science and its societal implications. Through this merger, we can directly engage with colleagues that are conducting research on human health and well-being.

Despite the massive change in our affiliation, our contact information will not be changed.
