Detailed Instructions

    • Master’s Course: 9:00–10:30
      • Please join Zoom by 8:50 AM and immediately move to your assigned breakout room (Groups A–F).
    • Doctoral Course: 10:45–12:10
      • Please join Zoom by 10:40.
      • The brief presentation session (2-minute presentation) will be held in the main room.
      • Afterward, please move to your assigned breakout room (Groups A–C) for 5-minute presentation.

Submission of Presentation Slides

Deadline: 17:00 March 26th, 2026

  • <Master’s students>
  • Please upload your 5-minute presentation slides following the instructions below.
    • File type: PowerPoint or PDF format
    • Language: English
    • File name: StudentnumberName.pdf (e.g., 23M12345Sugishita.pdf) (Please write your name in the alphabet.)

<Doctoral students>
Please upload your 5-minute presentation slides following the instructions below. You don’t need to upload your 2-minute presentation slides.

    • File type: PowerPoint or PDF format
    • Language: English
    • File name: StudentnumberName.pdf (e.g., 22D12345Sugishita.pdf) (Please write your name in the alphabet.)
    • Upload link

Note: In principle, you can upload your slides only once. However, if you need to replace the file with a new one, please upload the new file with a different name by adding the revision number at the end (e.g., 22D12345Sugishita-R1.pdf).
